The house
Silkwoven & Co. offers contemporary apparel through this website, operated by Bimal Enterprises. Content, images, wordmark, and the interwoven emblem are the property of Silkwoven & Co. and may not be reproduced without permission.
Orders & pricing
All pieces are made to order where noted. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. An order is not confirmed until we have accepted your request to purchase and received payment. We reserve the right to decline orders for any reason, including availability of rare materials.
Limited editions
Atelier and Studio pieces are produced in extremely limited quantities — often one per size per season. Once a size is sold it is not restocked. This is intentional.
Returns & repairs
See Shipping & Returns for the full policy. Essentials pieces may be returned within 30 days, unworn with tags. Atelier and Studio are final sale. Every piece is eligible for lifetime repair — contact Client Care to arrange.
Liability
We provide this site as is and cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Silkwoven & Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, where Bimal Enterprises is registered. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Nepal. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
