Shipping
Orders are made to order and shipped within 5–10 business days. Every piece travels in undyed, uncoated packaging — nothing that needs to be thrown away. Duties and taxes, where applicable, are not collected at checkout — they are the recipient’s responsibility and are collected by the carrier or local customs authority upon delivery.
Returns
Essentials pieces may be returned within 30 days, unworn and with tags attached. Atelier and Studio pieces are made in extremely limited quantity and are final sale — please reach out to Client Care with any sizing questions before ordering.
Repairs
Every Silkwoven & Co. piece is eligible for lifetime repair. Contact Client Care and we will arrange collection.
